With over 12 years of experience, Nick has guided a diverse range of water polo teams, from young enthusiasts to high-level competitors (ages 7-25), to achieving notable successes. His significant accomplishments include:

• Edison High School: As head coach, he led the girls water polo team to their first-ever quarterfinal, semifinal, and finals appearances, setting a new standard for the program.
• Vanguard Aquatics: He established the first long lasting girls program, quickly achieving multiple medal finishes at the Junior Olympics and has worked with every age group in the program.
• Community College Coaching: At Orange Coast Community College and Cypress Community College, he played a pivotal role in advancing their water polo programs and achieving strong competitive results.
• UC Irvine Club Team: Guided the womens club team to their highest finishes in program history.

Currently, Nick is the Youth Program Director at Vanguard Aquatics, where he focus on developing young talent and fostering a culture of excellence in water polo.
